Our 1-on-1 executive coaching builds on your existing strengths and resources and helps you to identify and address any potential obstacles to your optimal effectiveness, to help you become the best version of yourself.
To facilitate the growth that comes from collaborative learning with other high potential peers, we offer small group coaching for groups of 4 to 6 emerging leaders. The content, duration and timing of our group coaching programs are highly customizable to meet the needs of the sponsoring organization(s).
We offer single session services to help organizations and individuals successfully navigate challenging or complex conversations and other interactions that would benefit from the guidance and participation of a seasoned outside facilitator, including discussions about:

Executive Coach
Oren brings 35 years of professional services and executive leadership experience to his role as executive coach. His 16 years practicing corporate law at major global law firms included stints as equity partner at Shearman & Sterling and Milbank Tweed, and 10 years of working as an expatriate in Southeast Asia. His corporate executive experience includes roles as chief legal officer at professional services firms Riveron and InnerWorkings and a non-legal role as head of pricing and contracting strategy at Walgreen Co. In addition to his executive coaching work, Oren is a marriage and family therapist, with a focus on communication and conflict resolution issues.
